Arizona Hosted Services was formed out of a desire to see technology go beyond just being an awkward, but necessary, evil for businesses and their employees to being a valuable asset that enables businesses to better utilize their employees, manage their processes and understand their customers. We do this by understanding that no two companies are the same….Instead, we take the time to listen to your needs, seek to understand your business (current and future) and work with you to develop and implement a plan that will utilize technology to further your business purposes.

There are a lot of people out there who can work on computers. Some of them are good at what they do and some are, well, let’s just say, not so good. But being able to fix a computer does not always mean they can deal with business level systems or enviroments.We strive to provide you with business and technical expertise that is valuable to you and your business. To do this, we are constantly studying new technologies and trends. Rest assured that, when we make a recommendation, we won’t be figuring it out as we go along.

Raymond Marion (Owner and Founder)

Raymond Marion founded Arizona Hosted Services with his wife so he could share his talent in the IT industry with others. Raymond takes a great deal of pride in his work, which is more of a passion for him. Striving to help other small to medium sized business owners with an affordable alternative to break-fix companies or hiring full time IT staff was Raymond’s drive. Raymond has worked for numerous highly respected companies in an IT career that has spanned over 20 years, including: Freeport McMoran (formerly Phelps Dodge), Shamrock Foods, USAA, JF Shea and PetSmart to name a few. Computers and the latest technology come as second nature to him and he is ready to take on his new venture head-on.

Dacia Ketterer (Owner and Founder/Jane of all trades (non-technical)

Dacia Ketterer pushed her husband Raymond to start Arizona Hosted Services so he could help small and medium sized business owners tackle common IT problems current today. Dacia has experience in numerous areas, including: data entry, Pharmacy and Retail experience and is in charge of all of the non-technical elements for the business.
